Position Summary
Provides a variety of cleaning duties to maintain a comfortable, sanitary, and orderly surrounding for Executives. Performs errands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Thoroughly dusts and polishes furniture, woodwork, and light fixtures
•Vacuums carpets, and sweeps and mops floor
•Cleaning, ironing, folding, and hanging laundry; Stores linens
•Thoroughly washes windows, when needed
•Daily makes beds, and timely exchanges bedding
•Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes bathroom and kitchen surfaces and appliances
•Timely removes trash and other disposable items
•Ensures cleanliness of all laundry, including dry cleaning
•Safely handles cleaning products
•Safely and efficiently operates cleaning equipment and tools
•Maintains adequate supply of cleaning products
•Maintains and organizes stocked cabinets and refrigerator
•Provides care for pets in feeding, cleaning, health, and waste removal
•Notifies appropriate personnel of problems and issues
•Shops for groceries and performs errands, as directed
•Complies with company policies and procedures
•Performs other duties as needed

Education and Experience
•Five years' experience as a full-time, household/residential housekeeper
•Possesses valid driver’s license and working vehicle
Skills
•Moderate levels of English and reading comprehension, writing, and speaking; active listening; organization; reasoning; and attention to detail
Working Conditions and Environment
•Intermittently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds; occasionally, up to 25 pounds; continuously, up to 10 pounds
•Continuously see; balance; grasp; stand; walk on variety of surfaces; and have repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
•Frequently hear, talk, reach above shoulders, stoop, bend, twist, and crouch
•Occasionally kneel, squeeze, climb stairs, and operate foot and hand controls
•Intermittently sit, crawl, and climb ladders
•Exposure to chemicals, dust, dirt, stacked materials, electrical equipment, and pets
•Frequent long or odd hours
