Administrative Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Greensboro, NC

Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing is seeking an experienced Administrative Scheduling Coordinator. The  Administrative Scheduling Coordinator will work with the GMTSS team to track and verify trainings and participants in order to keep our internal records complete using EXCEL.

Ideal Candidate would be very Proficient  with EXCEL spreadsheets, have the  abilty multitask, and speak with Business professionals on a daily basis. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verifies data and handles Bank Account Reconciliation
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Entering qualifications dates on admin tools
  • Verifying information from one spreadsheet to another
  • Ensure all financial forms are turned by coordinators in for each meeting
  • Release approved meetings online
  • Inform coordinators when they have been removed from position due to qualifications not reached
  • Cross check each speaker commissions quarterly
  • Edit/update career manuals, forms and agreements
  • Update online directory with any additions or removals for each trainer type, speaker, and coordinator
  • Assist the field with meeting locations, questions and direct them to field representatives building in their area
  • Ensure all GMTSS department policies and procedures are being followed in all areas where there is an established GMTSS system.
  • Answer inquiries (calls and emails) from the field about any GMTSS questions


Supervisory Responsibilities

•None, but may direct or train others.


Education and Experience

•Associates Degree 

•Six months to one year experience of general office duties, data entry, and customer service.




•Fluent in English reading comprehension, writing, and speaking; active listening; in a customer service environment required.

•Proficient use of MS Office Products and computer software systems. The ability to learn new processes and work in a high volume area.



Working Conditions and Environment

•Intermittently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 20 pounds.

•Continuously see with visual acuity, sit, balance, grasp, and have repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.

•Frequently hear and talk.

•Intermittently stand, stoop, bend, twist, crouch, kneel, crawl, walk, operate foot and hand controls, squeeze, and reach above shoulders.

•Exposure to electrical equipment, low noise levels, and mild indoor temperatures of hot and cold.

•Constant use of computer.

•Long or odd hours, as needed.
