Program Health Content Coordinator

Location: Greensboro, NC

Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking a Program Health Content Coordinator. 

The ideal candidate would have a degree in Bachelor  of Science in Chemistry, Biology or Health ann Wellness fields. Must have strong writing skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs customer service and administrative functions for nutraMetrix Department, NC Trainings, and Market America Conferences.   

Assists nutraMetrix Consultants, Heath Professionals, Distributors, and nutraMetrix prospect

Handles and curates unique content, editorial review and submission for practitioner driven media and resources

  • Coordinates with product, science and event departments on content/projects for nutraMetrix, TLS
  • Weight Loss Solution, Health and Nutrition.
  • Provides prompt and thorough responses to Unfranchise Owners (UFO’s) requests regarding nutraMetrix and nutraMetrix related issues.

•Oversees NC Training registration to ensure detailed and accurate information.  Updates attendees’ Unfranchise Owners (UFO’s) Accounts information to properly grant NC status and nutraMetrix privileges.

•Creates, updates, and maintains NC training materials and documentation for accuracy.  Prepares training materials for distribution at NC trainings.

•Solicits, schedules, and supervises volunteers for efficient conference operations at NC Trainings, International Convention and World Conference.

•Submits weekly sales reports for NC trainings.

•Maintains and organizes the Prospect Lead system to effectively identify, track, and assist potential NM Unfranchise Owners (UFO’s) and customers.

•Verifies Health Professional licenses and qualifications adequately met requirements for approval, and makes inquires for any discrepancies.  Once verified, updates HP Unfranchise Owners (UFO’s) profile to provide access to NM products and services.

•Assists nutraMetrix Consultants, Health Professionals, and Unfranchise Owners (UFO’s) in creating ideas and tools to build profitable business practices.

•Creates marketing strategies and materials for Unfranchise Owners (UFO’s) to increase sales.

•Updates and organizes unfranchisetraining.com documentation for accuracy and brand consistency.

•Identifies, solicits, and writes content for the NM Newsline.  Distributes publication to update readers on company and NM information.

•Coordinates with Product Manager and Scientific Affairs for blog posts for nutraMetrix.com, as well as social media sites.

•Reviews nutraMetrix.com website for accuracy and reports discrepancies to product manager.

•Verifies and submits distributors’ requirements for nutraMetrix Challenges program to ensure proper recognition at the Regional Conferences, International Convention, and World Conference.

•Arranges conference booth and displays to ensure adequate attendants, information, and assistance during International Convention and World Conference.

•Creates and maintains departmental flowcharts for accuracy.

•Coordinates and oversees efforts of special projects to ensure timely completion and success.

•Submits computer-system and purchasing requests to efficiently operate the department.

•Makes budgetary recommendations, as needed.

•Complies with company policies and procedures.

•Performs other duties as needed.

Unfranchise Owners (UFO’s) Services, Legal, Creative Services, Events, MIS, Data Services, Accounting, Distributors, nutraMetrix Consultants, Health Professionals, and nutraMetrix prospects.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

•None, but may direct and/or train other workers.

 

Education and Experience

•Bachelor’s Degree is a must 

•Three to four years combined experience in administration, project coordination, customer service, sales, or marketing.

•Or a combination of equivalent education, experience, and/or training.

 

Skills

•Proficient use of MS office Products, Intranet, and Computer Systems.

•Moderate levels of English reading comprehension, writing, and speaking; customer service; and judgment.

•Above moderate levels of active listening, critical thinking, and organization.

 

Working Conditions and Environment

•Intermittently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 40 pounds. 

•Continuously see and have balance.

•Frequently hear, talk, sit, grasp, and have repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.

•Intermittently stand, stoop/bend, twist, crouch, kneel, crawl, walk on level and uneven surfaces, operate foot and hand controls, squeeze, and reach above shoulders. 

•Exposure to electrical equipment, medium noise levels, and moderate indoor temperatures.

•Occasional long or odd hours.

•Occasional domestic travel.

•During events, intermittent working conditions may increase to occasionally.
